First, let's define niche marketing analysis.
A niche is a slice of an online market that you want to build your business in.
Perhaps you're interested in Esoterics (Hi Uncle).
Or perhaps you're into Socionics (Yo Spence!)
What's the difference between a market and a niche market?
Well the market is really big, and the niche is pretty select and small by comparison.
So Esoterics would be a niche of the bigger market that I might call Occult or perhaps Mysticism.
Socionics is a niche within the Personality Typing market.
You get the point.
Niche Market Analysis involves 1st choosing a broad market, and 2nd digging inside that market to find profitable corners that are manageable for you to build a web site on.
